Field Support Engineer (Technology Solutions)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, installation, and maintenance services for clients through various channels.
• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients or users.
• Handle in-house repairs and internal training.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
