A Field Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of lifts and escalators. This role includes performing routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition, as well as identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure reliability and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of lifts and escalators in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
- Report any defects or issues identified during maintenance works.
- Attend to customer calls and requests, including responding to incidents and carrying out recovery actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of work records after maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance works comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend regular toolbox meetings conducted by the supervisor.
- Perform 24/7 standby and callback duties on a rotating shift basis.
- Assist in annual inspections and required load testing.
- Carry out minor troubleshooting and repair works, as well as any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or NITEC in Building Environment (Vertical Transportation).
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the industry, preferable Certificate of Competency (COC). Non-experience but with passion are welcome.
- Proven communication and inter-personnel skills.
- Achiever with self-motivation attributes.
- Able to work in a team or individual.
- Mature, responsible and discipline personality.
- Only Singaporean, PR or Malaysians may apply.

- Location: Various Locations around Singapore
- Working hours: 44 hours per week + OT when required
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic salary + Allowances + Variable Bonus
