Field Service Technician

S$2,500–S$3,000 basic + AWS + variable bonus

Office: Woodlands | Deployment and servicing is islandwide

Must have your own motorbike for work

Training provided. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

- Install, replace and collect payment terminals at merchant locations.

- Set up and test devices; troubleshoot basic power, network and printer issues.

- Show merchants how to use the terminals.

- Update service records and track devices and accessories.

- Escalate issues you cannot resolve.

What you'll need

- Able to communicate in English.

- Basic computer and mobile app skills.

- Responsible, punctual and comfortable speaking with merchants.

- Own motorbike and willingness to travel for onsite jobs.

Experience in field service, IT support, electronics or customer service is a plus.
