Manufacturing(Machinery)
Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for semiconductor equipment and related products. This role ensures customers receive high-quality support, timely troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for products to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers, head office, agents, and relevant stakeholders regarding product support.
- Provide support for CMP and other semiconductor equipment.
- Handle maintenance and support for Ozone Water Generators and other related products.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in engineering, technical support, or field service within the semiconductor equipment industry
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work outside office hours and provide on-call support
(Advantageous)
- Experience and knowledge of semiconductor equipment
