Roles and Responsibilities
- OFFICE WORKING HOUR: 8.30AM - 5:30PM
- Scan & update of Service Report to NAS
- Scan & update of Incoming DO/AWB/INVOICE from Suppliers to NAS
- Deliver goods to customers when required
- Onsite support: Onsite PM & troubleshooting of RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC MONITORS & PC & ACCESSORIES, NURSE CALL SYSTEM, OPERATING LIGHT
- Onsite DVD/USB counter record update & sign the log check with customer on monthly basis
- Onsite support, Preventive Maintainance & troubleshooting of automatic dicom DVD/USB burner & PACS system
- contact customer to resolve pending case id on daily basis
- Prepare & Report of technicaL GUIDELINES
- Provide technical information for pre-bid and tender specifications
- Completes timesheets within the allocated time frame
- Roster standby support of after office work when REQUIRED (HAVING OT PAYMENT)
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Computer
- Basic technical skill of self learning & researching
- Basic soft skill of communication with peers & customers
- Punctual & commitment with assigned tasks
- Able to work under pressure & short notice requirement
