Field Service Technician / Installer (Water Dispenser)

Responsibilities :

. Conduct on-site assessments to determine suitable installation locations based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.

. Install water dispensers in accordance with company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and Singapore regulations.

. Perform plumbing and basic electrical connections, ensuring safe and compliant installations.

. Test systems after installation to ensure proper functionality, water flow, and performance.

. Provide clear demonstrations to customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including repairs and parts replacement.

. Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and filter replacements.

. Maintain accurate records of installations, servicing activities, and parts usage.

. Ensure cleanliness and professionalism at all job sites.

. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations and service appointments efficiently.

. Adhere to workplace safety standards and use appropriate protective equipment.

. Identify site constraints and recommend suitable solutions to customers.

. Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory for daily operations.

. Respond promptly to service requests and support after-sales service needs.

Requirements:

. NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field

. Relevant technical certification in electrical/mechanical servicing

• Proven experience as a technician (water dispensers, appliances, or similar equipment preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

. Valid driver's license (Class 3) and clean driving record.

• Good communication and customer service skills
