About the Job
As a
Field Service Technician, youll play a key role in our Technical Support Team:
- Support merchants by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of payment terminals (hardware, software, and network).
- Respond to on-site technical support requests when merchants need assistance.
- Make scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high merchant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE NITEC or equivalent
- Valid Class 3 and/or 2B license
- Basic IT/hardware / networking knowledge
- Independent, customer-oriented, and willing to travel
- Able to support rotational standby
