Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems.
- Attend to fault calls and carry out rectification work at customer sites.
- Be available for standby duty after office hours and respond to emergency fault calls.
- Conduct site visits with the sales team and provide pre-sales technical support.
- Oversee the implementation of new power equipment projects.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical and/or electronic systems, preferably with experience in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and power distribution.
- Familiarity with IT networking and computer hardware systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management.
