Field Service Technician

AllSense & Space Scenting sells and maintainscommercial scent diffusion technologies which are installed on Client premisesby wall mounting or insertion into ventilation (AHU / FCU). Our Clients areleading Singapore Shopping Malls, Hotels and Retailers. Due to rapid businessgrowth we are in urgent need of a Field Service Technician. This is anopportunity for rapid career advancement for the right individual.

Job Description:

• Installation,servicing and troubleshooting of scent diffusion instruments.
• Conduct technicalsite inspections to identify and confirm requirements for quoting andinstallation purposes.
• Project manageinstallations involving co-ordination of inventory, working to a time scheduleand communication with client and onsite supervisors to achieve jobexpectations.
• Provide monthlyon-site servicing and preventive maintenance according to client schedule.
• Respond to anyurgent unscheduled requests for support
• Learn AllSense & SPACE Scenting products to be ableto recommend best solutions for clients

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year inField Service
• Basic Customerrelationship management skills
• Excellent technicalskill with a proven ability to install and repair products
• Strong analyticaland troubleshooting skills
• Well presented andgood reading/writing skills
• Able to workindependently, self motivated and team player
• Good time managementand organizational skills
• Possess own vehiclefor work commute
• Possess a validClass 3/3A Singaporean Driving license will be an advantage

Highly regarded:

• Diploma in technicalor related field
• Knowledge of HVACsystems (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning)
• Ability to startwork at short notice
