Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and productivity
- Adhere to established work schedules, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements maintain accurate service records and reports
- Provide technical training and support to customers engineers and technicians to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives and operational needs
Requirements:
- Min Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrates initiative, commitment, and reliability in completing assigned tasks
- Willing to travel overseas for work assignments, training, and technical support
