Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of N2 purge-related equipment at customer semiconductor fabrication facilities, ensuring systems are installed according to technical specifications and operational requirements.

  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.

  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring proper usage, operation, and safety practices when handling equipment.

  • Maintain close communication with end users and customer representatives to address operational concerns and ensure all equipment-related matters are resolved promptly.

  • Ensure all service activities are carried out in accordance with established company procedures, industry standards, and quality guidelines.

  • Travel may be required to support overseas installation projects, including assignments in the United States for periods of up to three months.

  • Participate in technical training programs provided by the company to stay updated on equipment, processes, and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities, with responsibilities covering equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role would be an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to quickly diagnose technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.

  • Good understanding of safety protocols and quality standards within semiconductor manufacturing environments, with the ability to ensure compliance during all service and maintenance activities.

  • Ability to document service activities accurately, including maintenance records, technical reports, and customer interactions.

  • A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales and product development, to provide feedback from the field and contribute to continuous product improvement.
