Key Responsibilities
Support the installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of N2 purge-related equipment at customer semiconductor fabrication facilities, ensuring systems are installed according to technical specifications and operational requirements.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring proper usage, operation, and safety practices when handling equipment.
Maintain close communication with end users and customer representatives to address operational concerns and ensure all equipment-related matters are resolved promptly.
Ensure all service activities are carried out in accordance with established company procedures, industry standards, and quality guidelines.
Travel may be required to support overseas installation projects, including assignments in the United States for periods of up to three months.
Participate in technical training programs provided by the company to stay updated on equipment, processes, and best practices.
Skills and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities, with responsibilities covering equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to quickly diagnose technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Good understanding of safety protocols and quality standards within semiconductor manufacturing environments, with the ability to ensure compliance during all service and maintenance activities.
Ability to document service activities accurately, including maintenance records, technical reports, and customer interactions.
A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales and product development, to provide feedback from the field and contribute to continuous product improvement.
