Job Responsibilities

Perform equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective service, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults using technical drawings, operating data, and test instruments, and carry out appropriate corrective actions.
Perform or coordinate overhaul, repair, testing, and servicing of dry and wet vacuum pumps in accordance with approved procedures and assigned competence.
Coordinate service activities with customers and internal teams, prepare detailed service reports, and provide technical information when escalating complex issues.
Follow customer and company safety and service quality requirements support junior engineers where required and attend overseas technical training for 3-6 months as assigned.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Min 2 years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or field service, preferably involving semiconductor equipment, vacuum systems, or industrial equipment.
Able to interpret technical drawings, troubleshoot equipment faults, perform electrical diagnostics, and complete service assignments with limited supervision PLC knowledge is an advantage.
Strong electrical diagnostics and schematic reading skills, with equipment manufacturer, distributor, or service vendor experience preferred and mechanical servicing with basic electrical troubleshooting vacuum pump experience is an advantage.
