About the Job
. Install, calibrate, and commission 3D printers and scientific instruments to deliver optimal performance.
. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
. Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, including product demonstrations and user training.
. Prepare accurate service documentation and share technical insights that add value to both customers and internal teams.
. Promote value-added offerings such as maintenance contracts, consumables, software upgrades, and training programs.
. Identify and develop sales opportunities during service interactions to contribute to revenue growth.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and technical excellence.
. Partner with the sales and commercial teams to expand service coverage and achieve business objectives.
. Monitor and achieve service performance targets and KPIs.
. Share feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
. Participate in continuous improvement and regional initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing 3D printers or laboratory instruments.
. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
. Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and pursue service sales opportunities.
. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
. Independent, driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
. Willingness to travel across the region when required.
