About the Job
- Carry out equipment installations and conduct basic user or technical training when required.
- Schedule and execute warranty services, preventive maintenance, and necessary repair visits.
- Implement product updates, modifications, or technical service bulletins as instructed by the manufacturer to maintain service standards.
- Offer technical assistance during sales and marketing activities such as trade shows, demonstrations, workshops, and related projects.
- Complete scheduled maintenance visits and related documentation promptly for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate and timely input of service data, including work hours and activity records, within the local team.
- Contribute actively to service contract growth and the rollout of new service initiatives or programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of technical experience-preferably in after-sales support within the medical technology industry. Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a good understanding of IT systems such as networking. A valid Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage.
