Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair, and maintain products and components at customer sites. Provide efficient service and technical support to ensure high-quality work. Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service issues. Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and records. Assist sales teams in obtaining service orders. Deliver product training to clients. Adhere to health and safety standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering. Relevant working experience in electrical or mechanical repair is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, analytical, and judgement skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage and execute plans effectively. High integrity, discipline, and self-motivation. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
