Job Summary & Responsibilities
Responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto Innovation products, including Inspection tools.
Respond to down-tool situations and provide scheduled maintenance within the SEA region.
Support any required aspect of field operations, including system hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies.
Submit required service documentation and provide technical feedback to the US factory.
Act as the primary technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects.
Provide feedback to the Sales team, identifying potential leads and customer needs.
Support continuous product improvement through service feedback and issue reporting.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of Field Service experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
Hands-on experience with equipment fault detection, including electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting.
Experience in semiconductor applications preferred.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related fields.
Ability to work independently while being effective within a team structure.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
