Field Service Engineer

Roles Available: Field Service Engineer / Application Engineer

We are seeking motivated and technically driven engineers to support the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and application support of advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary technical knowledge across multiple equipment platforms.

Depending on your experience and project assignment, you will be involved in equipment servicing, process support, tool qualification, and customer-facing technical activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Support equipment setup, qualification, testing and performance improvement.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs or process troubleshooting.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Attend customer meetings and provide on-site technical support.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support standby duties, shift work and occasional travel when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics Engineering or related discipline.
• ITE candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment servicing or application support is an advantage.
• Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Training will be provided.
