Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto products
- Respond to down-tool situations and provide scheduled maintenance within the SEA region.
- Support any required aspect of field operations, including system hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies.
- Submit required service documentation and provide technical feedback to the US factory.
- Act as the primary technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects.
- Provide feedback to the Sales team, identifying potential leads and customer needs.
- Support continuous product improvement through service feedback and issue reporting.
Qualifications
- minimum 3 years of Field Service experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with equipment fault detection, including electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Ability to work independently while being effective within a team structure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
