Field Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform PM/CM activities on Nikon Stepper & Scanner tools as per standard procedures

Support tool setup, calibration (dose, focus, overlay) and maintain process stability

Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure maximum uptime and production continuity

Execute alignment, calibration, and qualification activities

Handle reticle and wafer stage issues and ensure precision positioning

Maintain and monitor tool performance metrics (throughput, CD uniformity, overlay accuracy)

Maintain logs, maintenance reports, and documentation

Coordinate with process engineers for yield improvement and defect reduction

Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor safety standards

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab (International fab preferred)

Strong hands-on experience in canon Lithography Tools (Stepper / Scanner)

Key Technical Skills:

Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) on Lithography equipment

Good understanding of:
Exposure systems (Stepper / Scanner)
Optics & alignment
Reticle handling & stage systems
Laser Interferometer systems

Knowledge of:
Focus & overlay control
Dose calibration
Throughput optimization

Basic knowledge of:
PLC systems
Sensors, actuators & motion control systems
Schematics & Diagram tracing

Familiarity with subsystems:
Cymer/Gigaphoton Laser Systems
Chillers & temperature control units
