Job Responsibility:
. Support installation activities in Customer Site
. Support on customer requirement and problem solving
. Perform and maintain proper documentation
. Manage all aspects of the product or project implementation
. Communicate with department manager update on operation & sales progress
. Support on line issue, provide necessary on-site support, troubleshooting, service and repair of customer's semiconductor equipment

Requirements:
. Comfortable with 12hrs fixed/rotating shift
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Min 0-2 yrs relevant experience
. Min Nitec/Diploma in related field
