Job Summary

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and field service operations to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment to restore functionality and ensure safety
• Perform scheduled maintenance following defined scope and standard operating procedures to maintain equipment reliability
• Complete and close service calls with detailed and accurate service reports to document work performed
• Manage customer interactions and escalate issues appropriately to resolve service concerns promptly
