Key Responsibilities
- Perform pump assembly, disassembly, installation, alignment, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, overhauls, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and performance fine-tuning.
- Diagnose equipment faults using technical documentation and operating data and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise on-site service activities and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
- Prepare service reports, conduct risk assessments, and ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Provide timely after sales technical support to customers and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in pump servicing and troubleshooting.
- ITE Certificate (Merit) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong practical knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems.
