As an intern, you will support seasoned Field Service Engineers (FSEs) in delivering technical solutions at customer sites across Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of complex systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and HVAC controls.
- Site Operations: Accompany engineers to customer locations island-wide to conduct troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.
- Documentation: Help prepare technical documentation, including work instructions, shop drawings, and service records.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, engineering, and support) to ensure project milestones are met safely and on schedule.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of PLC/DDC functionalities and programming.
- Familiarity with process automation, HVAC, or building automation systems.
- Intermediate computer skills, including basic networking knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn in an international environment, and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to various customer sites throughout Singapore.
