Key Responsibilities

. Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.

. Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs at customer sites.

. Follow work instructions, safety procedures and company policies.

. Complete service reports and update work records accurately.

. Escalate complex technical issues when required.

. Provide professional support to customers and ensure timely service.

. Participate in standby duties or shift work when required to support customers.

Requirements

. Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, field service, maintenance or a related technical role.

. Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.

. Basic troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.

. Good communication and customer service skills.

. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

. Perform roster duties when required.
