Responsible for providing technical support and after sales service to customers
Troubleshoot, analyze technical issues and provide technical solution as well as attend to on-site maintenance related problems
Carry out preventive maintenance work and fulfill repair schedule
Perform testing and commissioning for electrical projects related to Low Voltage inverter products & system and manage port crane maintenance duties
Spearhead project delivery initiatives, coordinate with Engineering and contractors to meet project goals
Conduct product training to customers in optimizing product performance
Provide inputs from field to factory for new products design and existing products modification
Communicate with factory in Headquarter on product quality issues and warranty coverage
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma or ITE in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in technical servicing role in industrial environment
Must have strong technical knowhow in Low Voltage Inverter equipment and system
Possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Customer oriented and adaptable in site environment
Must be ready to travel on business trips upon customers requests
