Field Service Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities:
. Commissioning, servicing and maintenance of electrical power systems.
. Perform system upgrades, modifications and troubleshooting.
. Provide on-site support and occasional supervision during service assignments.
. Prepare accurate and timely service documentation.
. Deliver technical support, training, and advisory services to customers and partners.
. Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and maintain effective customer relationships.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic or related Engineering discipline
. Proven experience servicing in static and rotary uninterruptible power supply
. Proficient in MS Office
. Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%) if required
. Strong customer focus, teamwork, and ability to work independently
