Field Service Engineer

Job Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 years experience in engineering, technical support, Field Service role of semiconductor industry equipment.
2) Preferably with experience and related knowledge in semiconductor
3) Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering
4) Able to work independently, and in collaboration with other team members.
5) Positive attitude, willing to learn, can work under stress, good analytical and problem solving skills.
6) Able to work non office hour and on-call support.

Job Description:
1) Provide product technical support to customer.
2) Communicate with Customer, Head office, Agent and relevant parties for products supports.
3) Support EBARA CMP and other equipment.
4) Support EBARA Ozone Water Generator and other products.
