Prepare and evaluate equipment to be used in on-site troubleshooting and analysis
Review work order and related documentation to determine tasks to be performed in the troubleshooting assignment
Discuss assignment with internal technical representatives and customer's representative to understand the nature of the problem and ensure that the product was properly assembled according to specifications
Assist with coordinating the installation of hardware as required
Test mechanical and electrical components, using the appropriate tools, and replace faulty components as necessary
Track and trend on-site problem detection and resolution
May train customer's staff as required
Make technical recommendations on product improvement, reliability and troubleshooting techniques and tools based on product performance
Work closely with senior engineers on the resolution of the more complex and difficult problems in the field
Train lower level technicians
Monitor processes and assemblies for product Design for Manufacturability (DFM) issues and drive feedback through appropriate channels

Track and record all incoming shipment parts/modules and installation date
Work with customer and counterparts to ensure closure of SPDA parts
Requirements:
Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Engineering with 1 -2 years of relevant experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Diploma in Engineering with few years of relevant experience will be considered for Engineer position
