- Install, maintain, and repair company systems and related production machinery for clients.
- Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery according to client requirements.
- Install and commission new equipment, systems, and software to meet specifications and performance standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and perform repairs or component replacements to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to meet customer expectations.
- Provide technical support and on-site training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Perform local and overseas site visits for installation, service, and repair activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and technical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, engineering, and suppliers-to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify and implement improvements in service processes, procedures, and product performance.
