Job Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of automation and robotics systems.
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (AMRs, robotic arms, conveyors, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware or software issues, escalating to regional technical teams if needed.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving system integration issues.
- Document service reports, issue logs, and maintenance records accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the customer's operations team and serve as the first line of support.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with site regulations and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years hands-on experience in industrial automation, warehouse systems, or robotics.
- Basic understanding of PLC systems, sensors, and automation control circuits is an advantage.
- Familiarity with robotic platforms (e.g. AMRs, AGVs, automated storage/retrieval systems) is preferred.
- Able to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and follow standard troubleshooting steps.
