Job Summary
As a Field Sales Executive at JCO Analytics, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions across Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics portfolios in a client-facing, hunter role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries to expand JCO Analytics client base
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, proposal development, and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand client needs and position JCO solutions effectively
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to communicate value propositions clearly
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized proposals for Data Platforms, AI/GenAI & Advanced Analytics, Cloud Migration & Modernisation, and Business Process Automation solutions
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
- Stay informed on industry trends in Data, AI, and Cloud to anticipate market changes and competitor positioning
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Technology Sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling one or more of the following: Data / Analytics solutions, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI / Machine Learning solutions, or Enterprise software / SI services
- Strong communication and presentation skills demonstrated through client engagements and solution discussions
- Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively to drive sales outcomes
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Existing network within Singapore enterprise or public sector to facilitate business development
- Experience in SI or consulting sales to navigate complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS to better understand client environments and solutions
