We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Field Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Field Sales Analyst to support our advertising sales team with data-driven insights, sales performance analysis, market intelligence, and field-sales effectiveness. The role will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify business opportunities, improve sales productivity, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with sales teams and advertising clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze sales performance, revenue, pipeline, bookings, and achievement against targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Monitor key sales KPIs including conversion rates, average deal value, sales cycle, client acquisition, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify sales trends, gaps, and opportunities across territories, products, clients, and sales representatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to help sales teams improve performance and achieve targets.

Field Sales Support

  • Partner with field sales representatives and sales managers to understand market conditions, client needs, and business challenges.
  • Analyze territory and account performance to identify potential new clients and revenue opportunities.
  • Support sales teams with prospect lists, client intelligence, market data, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Assist in territory planning, account segmentation, sales forecasting, and target allocation.
  • Track follow-ups, opportunities, proposals, and sales activities to improve pipeline visibility.

Advertising & Market Analysis

  • Analyze advertising spend, campaign performance, media trends, and client investment patterns.
  • Develop insights on advertiser behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Support analysis of advertising products such as digital, social, display, video, search, outdoor, print, radio, or other media offerings.
  • Work with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Provide data and insights to support client presentations and sales proposals.

Reporting &Business Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and automated reporting tools.
  • Consolidate data from CRM, sales, finance, campaign, and other business systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales and revenue data.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare recommendations for sales leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams.
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives that increase sales efficiency.
  • Assist management with presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Experience in the advertising, media, digital marketing, or related industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Commercial awareness and a good understanding of sales processes and revenue drivers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of digital advertising metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field sales teams.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for efficient data analysis and insights generation.
  • While not a mandatory requirement, professional proficiency in Korean, both spoken and written, would be advantageous. The role may involve supporting Korean-speaking advertisers and clients, analyzing and communicating sales or market insights, and collaborating with Korean-speaking client teams and internal stakeholders. Korean language capability would help facilitate effective communication, strengthen client relationships, and support smooth coordination of advertising sales activities and project delivery.
