Roles & Responsibilities
. Perform daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems onsite and offsite.
. Install, configure, and update software applications.
. Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
. Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
. Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including setup and training.
. Stay informed of the latest technology trends and solutions.
. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
. 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop support.
. Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking principles.
. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
. Willing to work alternate shift hours: (AM Shift: 6AM to 6PM PM Shift 11.30AM to 11.30PM).
