As the Field & Events Marketing Manager, you will own company's events program end-to-end - from strategy and planning to execution and performance reporting. You'll run external events, support customer and partner activations, and ensure every event reflects a premium SaaS brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute external events calendar (conferences, trade shows, hosted events, roundtables, field activations).
- Coordinate customer and partner events, including co-hosted sessions and joint activations.
- Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines to deliver high-quality events at scale.
- Own event assets and resources (booth materials, print collateral, swag, slides, signage, templates, landing pages).
- Partner with marketing, commercial, partnerships, and leadership teams to plan and deliver events on time.
- Track event performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact) and continuously improve results.
Requirement
- 5+ years experience in events marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing (B2B SaaS/tech preferred).
- Strong event execution skills: planning, operations, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating events with customers and partners.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and confident working cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
