Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to resolve clients security system issues in a timely manner.
Provide full support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, modifications, and user training.
Develop detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while consistently improving customer satisfaction.
Manage the renewal of support and maintenance contracts.
Deliver high-quality service by adhering to company standards, policies, and service requirements within the assigned region.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance and handle day-to-day troubleshooting effectively.
Monitor and follow up on all open technical issues until they are completely resolved.
Take full responsibility for service-related matters after project handover from the Project team.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
Prior experience in the security systems field, with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV systems.
Basic understanding of IT, including hardware, networking, and databases.
