Your new role
- Provide on-site technical support for equipment installation, commissioning, diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of complex systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, parts overhaul, equipment modification, repair works, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects
- Coordinate logistics arrangements and work closely with customers on equipment-related matters
- Respond to customer issues and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
- Monitor equipment performance and prepare regular service reports and feedback
- Escalate recurring customer issues to management to support long-term corrective actions
- Support operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
- Relevant experience or exposure to semiconductor equipment is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to work overtime or be on standby during evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required
