Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline & Strategy: Oversee pipeline activity using OMS tool, ensuring BU initiatives are supported implement countermeasures where needed.
- Customer & Technical Support: Coordinate with service teams to resolve application issues prepare and present technical reports, evaluations, and industry data to support sales opportunities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, BU, and technical teams to align strategies, share feedback, and drive solutions for product evaluations and application challenges.
- Market & Product Insight: Maintain deep understanding of market trends, competition, and applications to provide recommendations and identify opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Build team technical expertise, guide problem-solving, manage escalations, and oversee employee development.
- Special Projects & Change Management: Lead BU/engineering projects as needed and support product change notifications to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum technical degree with 3-5 years experience in semicon, supply chain, manufacturing or other high-tech industries
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and related process
- Working knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of common manufacturing technologies and parts fabrication techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
