Field Application Engineer (MEMS/ ASIC)

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Act as the primary technical contact for customers by addressing technical inquiries, providing product solutions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Product Promotion: Develop a strong understanding of the company's MEMS and ASIC product portfolio and recommend suitable solutions based on customer application and chip performance requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Gather customer requirements, identify pain points, and communicate valuable feedback to internal engineering teams to support product improvements and future development.
• Problem Solving: Perform first-level technical support, including failure analysis (FA) and debugging, while collaborating with MEMS, ASIC, and system engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documents, application notes, user guides, and presentations to enhance customer understanding and support product adoption.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of MEMS device principles, fabrication processes, and basic ASIC design concepts.
• Candidates with relevant technical knowledge or experience in MEMS and ASIC applications are encouraged to apply.
