- Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
- Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
- Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
- Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.
- In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
- Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements.
- Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines.
- Clear communicator and collaborative team member.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in project liaison is essential
- Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure
- Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
