We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clinic as Clinic Assistants (Full/Part-Time). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is attentive to detail, and thrives in a healthcare environment. You will be an essential front-line representative of the clinic - creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk in, while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
This position offers hands-on exposure to clinical workflows, medication dispensing, and administrative processes. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to learn and grow within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, register and guide patients through the clinic visit with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointments, calls, messages, billing and queue flow to ensure seamless operations
Assist doctors during consultations and procedures when required
Dispense medications safely, accurately and confidently with patient-friendly explanation
Process CHAS, Medisave and insurance claims using clinic management platforms
Track stock levels, handle inventory and maintain readiness of clinical rooms
Uphold infection control standards and ensure hygiene of work areas
Contribute to workflow improvement, service excellence and a positive team culture
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Levels / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
Female candidates due to chaperone duties for male doctors during examination of female patients
Good communication skills, patient-oriented mindset, and pleasant interpersonal manner
Able to multitask, adapt and remain composed in a fast-paced clinical setting
Basic computer proficiency required prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy is an advantage
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a supportive clinical team
Able to work rostered shifts/weekends
Fresh graduates welcome - training provided
