Fashion Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:
. Lead overall store performance with strong commercial focus and active floor leadership.
. Drive sales, conversion, and key KPIs through effective selling and team coaching.
. Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand positioning.
. Build, lead, and develop a motivated store team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
. Ensure smooth daily operations including stock control, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
. Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy in line with company guidelines.
. Plan staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements:
. Minimum 5 years of fashion retail experience with at least 2 years as a Store Manager
. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver sales results
. Confident people leader with strong communication skills
. Passion for retail and fast-paced store environments
. Singaporean only need apply
