- Be a core member of our team, driving creative ideas, sharing industry trends, and championing best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop communication and content plans in line with marketing strategies and plans.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and processes are fit for purpose and supported by appropriate systems.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Provide quality stewardship, including regular reporting, across the allocation of activities and resource.
- Shoot and Edit catalogue/lookbook images.
- Conceptualising of lookbook shoots and set design / set up.
- Planning and execution of lookbook shoots and live sessions.
- Conceptualise and execute short videos for social media.
- Ability to adapt various videos for different social formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Ensure consistency across all photo/video edits & content assets to be in line with brand art direction.
- To carry out ongoing market research, get up-to-date trends and benchmark with competitors.
- Copywriting for social media and collaterals when required.
- Research and develop ideas for content creation (eg hero item video, styling video).
- Ideate for our campaigns.
- Assist in marketing duties.
- Any other related administrative work.
About you:
You're currently working in a similar role, or ready to take the next step in your career. You're the perfect mix of creative and technical, all-around go-getter, committed, fast-working, takes initiative, and gets the job done.
- Portfolio is a MUST.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- 2-4 years experience minimum with photo/video editing and camera operating.
- Good knowledge of camera gear, basic lighting and setting up sound.
- Experience with short-form storytelling.
- Editing under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of frame rates, resolution, codecs, colour spaces/profiles, colour grading and sound mixing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and latest trends, especially on TikTok..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills.
