About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious and proactive Intern to join our Design Team. This internship offers front-row insight into how a fashion collection is developed, from initial sample to production. You will get exposure to professional fashion techpacking and hands-on experience supporting our day-to-day work through operational, administrative, and logistical tasks. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of internal processes, sample coordination, and support for Designers and Product Developers.
You should have/be:
- Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility by ensuring each task is completed thoroughly from start to finish
- Proactive and capable of working independently, while also being a reliable and collaborative team player
- Consistent and committed to completing the internship
Main responsibilities:
Logistics
- Handle parcel receiving and sending between HQ and vendors
- Track parcel deliveries and returns
- Manage invoices (DHL, UPS, DPEX, SF Express)
Sample Management
- Steaming/ironing samples in preparation for fittings
- Sort and organise samples neatly in the archive room and for recycling
- Assist designers and developers in locating and returning samples or materials
Data Entry
- Upload fitting photos to internal systems
- Transfer information from paper to digital systems (or between platforms)
Administrative Support
- Purchase fabrics, stationery, or other materials as needed by the team
- Organise food orders for large meetings
- Model dresser for buying sessions
- Support event preparation through ad hoc errands
Requirements
- Minimum commitment of 6 months
- All qualifications are welcome
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks
- Highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves entering data in Chinese
- Open to Singaporeans and PRs only due to quota restrictions
