Job Summary

The Silk Fashion Shop seeks an experienced Fashion Boutique Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales team performance, and enhance merchandising and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily retail store operations to ensure efficient and seamless functioning that supports business goals
• Coach and motivate sales team members by setting clear sales targets and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth
• Oversee fashion merchandising activities to create and maintain attractive product displays that increase customer interest and sales
• Implement customer engagement strategies to improve the shopping experience and foster customer loyalty
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize shortages
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales and merchandising strategies to enhance business outcomes
• Ensure adherence to company policies and retail standards to uphold brand reputation and compliance
• Work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required to support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail or boutique management
• Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through effective team performance
• Good understanding of fashion trends and retail operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Working Hours: 5-6 days work week based on retail operating hours
