Job Summary
Lead boutique operations in Kuala Lumpur for an international luxury brand by driving sales, managing inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive boutique financial performance
- Manage inventory proactively to optimize sales and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales performance and reduce losses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent service excellence and customer loyalty
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding results
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and development of boutique staff
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards
- Maintain boutique operational standards including housekeeping, maintenance, and overall store condition
