This position is responsible for the trading, settlement, financial, and other comprehensive affairs of the family office, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Support: Receive trading instructions from fund managers and execute global market (US/ HK) transactions efficiently and accurately Handle transaction-related tasks, including return confirmation, record-keeping, bill verification, fund inflow/outflow management, and maturity position management.

2. Settlement Support: Assist with account reconciliation and fund settlements for US/HK stock markets, ensuring accurate transaction data.

3. Financial Management: Handle daily bookkeeping, payments, financial reporting, and tax filings ensure financial compliance.

4. Others: Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements

1. :

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

2. Experience: 2 years of experience in finance/accounting for Singapore-based companies,, or settlements in US/HK/derivatives markets experience in family offices/private equity is a plus.

3. Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), to be used as working languages.

4. Skills: Capable of independently reconciling financial statements and interpreting brokerage reconciliation statements for futures, stocks, etc. Proficient in financial software and Excel basic knowledge of compliance (e.g., AML, data privacy)
