About The Role
As a
Service Associate Family Experience (Ambassador), you'll be the face of our family-friendly spaces including
buds by Shangri-La,
Splash, and other interactive zones. You'll lead play activities, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional guest service that delights both children and adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, safe, and educational play sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across all kids play areas.
- Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
- Support marketing, promotions, and themed events.
- Handle POS reports, incident logs, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols.
