Job Description

About the Role:
Join a legacy of trust and care. As a Family Care Consultant, you are not just a recruiter you are a trusted advisor to families. Your role is to guide employers through the journey of finding the perfect domestic helper, ensuring a match that brings peace of mind to their home. You will manage the entire client relationship-from the first enquiry to the final successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales & Matching: Respond to client enquiries (within 2 hours) and conduct detailed needs assessments to understand their household dynamics. Use our AI-assisted tools to shortlist 3-5 high-quality candidates who match their specific care requirements.

  • Candidate Presentation & Interviewing: Present comprehensive biodatas to employers and facilitate video interviews (via Zoom) between families and potential helpers. You will guide clients in selecting the best candidate based on skills, personality, and experience.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships based on trust. You will provide transparent cost estimates, explain MOM eligibility requirements, and ensure clients feel supported throughout the process.

  • Post-Placement Care: Your job doesn't end at signing. You will conduct follow-up checks (1 week, 1 month, 3 months) to ensure the helper has integrated well and the family is satisfied, aiming for a 80% retention rate.

  • Business Growth: actively manage your pipeline of leads in our CRM, aiming for high conversion rates and generating referrals from happy families.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or the FDW industry is an advantage. However, motivated candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as comprehensive training is provided.

  • Licensure:CEI (Basic) certification is strongly preferred. Candidates without a CEI license must be willing to attend the course and pass the test (company support provided).

  • Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), empathy, and the ability to listen. You must be tech-savvy enough to use our CRM and video interviewing tools.
