- Perform electrical and physical failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor devices using a range of analytical tools to identify defect mechanisms and support root-cause investigations.
- Conduct sample preparation and execute FA workflows, translating findings into actionable insights for engineering teams.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate FA laboratory equipment, while supporting the development and optimization of analytical techniques and test recipes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Product, Design, Test) and document results through technical reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Materials Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on failure analysis experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in FA tools and techniques such as SEM/EDX and FIB knowledge of CSAM, X-ray, emission microscopy, or laser-based fault isolation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a positive, detail-oriented, and learning-focused attitude.
