Job Description

Join a dynamic team as the primary liaison for communication with key accounts. Leverage your expertise to foster client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for daily communications with key accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups. Develop and maintain an understanding of client businesses and conduct industry research. Collaborate with the Actuarial and Analytics Department to craft narratives that deliver optimal solutions for clients. Gather insights on client satisfaction and present findings to senior management, providing context and actionable suggestions to enhance account retention. Acquire in-depth knowledge of various service offerings and market trends to improve service delivery and enhance sales capabilities. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients while pursuing new client engagements to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates holding relevant (re)insurance certifications. 5-8 years of experience in the reinsurance sector, specifically in Facultative reinsurance, with client-facing experience. Established network within the South-East Asia region's reinsurance community. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficient in MS 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
